Raita

Yogurt - 1 cup
Nani's Green Chutney - 4 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste

Whisk all ingredients together and enjoy a tangy creamy raita. Pair with Kababs, Samosas, Biryani or anything you want

 

Hara Pulao (Green Chicken with Rice)

Chicken - 1 lb
Rice - 2 cup

Marination:
Nani's Green Chutney - 8oz
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tbps
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chili or Paprika - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp or to taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Green Cardamom - 2 crushed
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon Stick - 1 in
Bay Leaf - 2
Black Peppercorn - 10-15
Onion - 1 medium sliced or chopped
Oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Water - 3 1/2 cups
Mix all the ingredients for marination and add chicken into it. Marinate for an hour or overnight in the fridge
In a pot heat oil and add onions and spices. Cook till onions are slightly brown and add chicken. Cook the chicken until almost done. Add rice and hot water. Cover and cook till rice is done. Serve hot with Raita
